Policies and Code of Conduct
All our participants are expected to act in a safe, responsible, and respectful manner, and follow our rules, regulations, and policies. All participants agree to follow our Code of Conduct, which outlines our expectations and policies and includes rules for the use of social media while on tour. It is important to understand your actions and behavior often affect the safety and well-being of not only yourself but your fellow travelers. Conduct that endangers anyone or compromises the group experience is not permitted.

Rein Teen Tours utilizes professionally driven deluxe motor coach buses for our transportation, and we never use public transportation or vehicles driven by Rein staff members. The Rein team closely monitors domestic and international travel conditions and implements real-time safety updates. We are always prepared to respond to any situation. Our programs are built on thorough research and careful vetting, and we also regularly review and update our programs to stay aligned with best practices and any evolving travel guidelines. Supervision
We prioritize excellent supervision to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and enriching experience for every participant. Our dedicated team of experienced leaders provides attentive, hands-on supervision throughout the entire journey, ensuring that every teenager is well cared for and always engaged. Each tour has a seasoned tour director with many years of supervisory experience, and many of our tour staff positions are filled by schoolteachers who return each summer. With a low staff-to-student ratio, we can offer personalized attention while maintaining a positive and supportive group dynamic. Our directors and counselors are not only trained in safety and emergency protocols, but they are also passionate about fostering a fun and engaging environment. With continuous communication and oversight, our teens are in capable hands, enjoying a balanced and well-supervised adventure.

Summer Communication
24 Hours Per Day, 7 Days Per Week
The Rein Teen Tours summer communication network is alive, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our trained summer professionals speak with parents all summer long, assisting with any questions or needs that may arise. Through a network of cell phones, satellite phones, and other internet tools we are “clued in” on all important tour matters. Parents have access to our emergency hotline and can get in touch with a company director, day and night. Teens keep in touch with their parents throughout their trips using phone calls, emails, and texts. Rein Teen Tours also posts photo albums of your teenagers’ programs every few days.
