Nobody ever goes hungry on Rein Teen Tours!

Breakfast and dinner are included daily on all our tours.  Community service programs, as well as the Costa Rica Adventure trip, include three meals per day.

Breakfast is typically eaten in our hotels’ restaurants and consists of a buffet with choices such as cereal, yogurt, fruit juices, and hot items such as pancakes, eggs, and waffles.   Our teenagers pay for their own lunches and will have several choices at each stop, with options typically including stops at supermarkets, Chipotle, Subway, Chick-Fil-A, Panera, and similar restaurants. We also make stops at unique locations with local flavor. Dinners are often in teenager-friendly, theme style restaurants. A few examples include California Pizza Kitchen, Hard Rock Café, Bubba Gump’s, and Cheesecake Factory.

There will always be options for vegetarians, picky eaters, those with gluten or dairy-free diets, and those who have food allergies. For those on tour with dietary restrictions, our tour leaders serve as advocates in the various restaurants and can help teenagers order and express special dietary needs to the restaurant staff.  We ask teenagers with extreme nut and other allergies to bring at least two EpiPens to the trip, with one being held by the tour leader.
